Payment and Dispatch

We use Deutsche Post and DHL for shipping. For deliveries within Germany, we charge a fixed rate of 3.95 Euros gross. From an order value of 75 Euros or more, we provide shipping free of charge within Germany. Delivering to a "Packstation" of Deutsche Post within Germany is possible only for orders of a value of a minimum of 75 Euros.

For a fixed rate of 6.95 Euros gross, we ship to the countries of the European Union. For European countries outside the EU, such as Norway, Great Britain, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein, the shipping costs are 6.50 Euros net.

For a fixed rate of 11 Euros net, we ship via registered mail to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, South Africa, Namibia, Indonesia, India, New Zealand, the Philippines, Turkey, Brazil, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Mexico, Peru, Azerbaijan, and Macao. Local taxes and fees may apply upon import. They have to be paid by the customer.

We currently ship to the United States of America on a DDP basis, including import duties, under the following conditions: 

Goods value up to €50  Shipping costs DDP €27 net 

Goods value up to €100 Shipping costs DDP €34.5 net 

Goods value up to €150 Shipping costs DDP €47 net 

Goods value up to €200 Shipping costs DDP €54.5 net 

Goods value up to €250 Shipping costs DDP €62 net 

We currently do not accept orders with a goods value of more than €250 and will have to cancel such orders. The above shipping costs for the USA already include import duties (DDP). We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and other US Islands.

Within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment, we hand over the goods to DHL or Deutsche Post for shipping.

• Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 2 - 4 weeks
• Asia & Pacific: 3 - 5 weeks
• Latin America and the Caribbean: 3 - 5 weeks
• Middle East and Africa: 3 - 5 weeks

We try whatever we can do to meet these estimated transit times but cannot guarantee them.

We are not responsible for delays caused in customs.

We apply a minimum order value of 15 Euros.
