The Berlin Bear is a beloved symbol of the capital city. Golden and Silver Bears are awarded at the annual Berlin International Film Festival, the Berlinale. A beautiful special stamp was issued to mark the 75th anniversary in 2025. Two first-day stamps were designed – one featuring the front of a bear and the other the back!
