April - Travel the Year

Hello April! Decorate your letters, postcards, and more in April with these unique papersisters Artistamps. You can use the stamps individually or several at once for a special effect. Artistamps (a word made up by combining “artist” and “stamps”) look like postage stamps with the typical perforations and wet adhesive backing. Each year in Germany a "Bird of the Year" is selected. In 2022 it is the Wiedehopf - hoopoe. It is quite difficult to spot one of these spectacular birds in Germany - if you see one, it is easy to tell the species. Enjoy.

March 8 is International Women's Day! The beginnings date back to 1909. The United Nations made the day known worldwide in 1977. Every year there is a motto and many campaigns are held to draw attention to women's rights. Yes, there are sometimes flowers too. A worthy theme for a dedicated HPC postcard, we believe!

Happy Postcrossing - Earth Day Since it started in 1970, various actions take place on this day in many parts of the world to work towards the protection of our planet. A worthy topic for an own HPC postcard, we think!
