1. Scope of Application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders at papersisters made via the ordering system provided on the Internet at www.papersisters.de, as well as for telephone orders, orders by mail or e-mail, and are accepted by the buyer with every order.

2. Conclusion of Contract and Contract Language

2.1. The display of the product range on www.papersisters.de is not an offer in the legal sense but a non-binding online catalog.

2.2. When ordering at www.papersisters.de, by clicking on the button "subject to the payment order" you commit to a legally binding purchase offer of the goods in the shopping cart to us. You will receive an automatically generated email from us, confirming the receipt of your order and listing the details of your order (acknowledgement of receipt) immediately after submitting the order. The acknowledgement of receipt is not an acceptance of the contract by us.

2.3. The adoption of the contract and thus the conclusion of the contract is carried out at the time when we send the goods to you. In case deadlines are specified in days, they include all days of the week except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

2.4. You must ensure that the email address you provide for order processing is valid, so you can receive the emails sent by us. In particular, when using a SPAM filter, you must ensure that all emails sent by us can be delivered.

2.5. The sale of goods offered by us is only valid for commercial quantities.

2.6. The language of the conclusion of the contract is German. We are not subject to specific codes of conduct.

3. Ordering and Individual Technical Steps Leading to the Conclusion of the Contract

3.1. Once you have found the desired product under www.papersisters.de, you can move this to the shopping cart by clicking on the button "add to cart" without obligation. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the button "View cart" without any obligation. You can remove the products at any time by selecting the "Remove" option and updating the cart. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click the "checkout" button. Please enter your data. Any mandatory field is marked with a *. Your data will be transmitted securely. After entering your data and choice of payment, you can review your order details on the order page. The order process can be stopped at any time by closing the browser window. By clicking on the button "order with obligation to pay" you complete the order process. On each respective page, you will receive further information, e.g. on correction possibilities.

3.2. Immediately after issuing the mandatory order we will automatically send you an acknowledgement of receipt (cf. paragraph 2.2 of these GTC). With this receipt you will receive our terms and conditions, as well as the information about the right of withdrawal (revocation including revocation form) also.

3.3. Once the goods have been shipped to you, we will send you an email (shipment confirmation). The shipment confirmation provides you with more information to supply, in particular the concrete delivery date and if applicable to the shipment tracking. Information about the delivery dates, see paragraph 6 of these terms and conditions.

4. Storage of the Contract Text and its Availability after the Conclusion of the Contract

If you order an item from us, we store the contract text in our internal systems. After completing your order, your order details for security reasons are no longer accessible over the Internet. Full details of your purchase (all ordering information, including terms and conditions, cancellation policy, invoice) are included in the acknowledgement of receipt we will send you by E-Mail. Please, save or print them out so that the content of the contract is available for you in a permanent form.

5. Prices

The prices listed at the time of ordering on the Internet apply. The prices are total prices in euros, which means that they include the currently valid statutory value added tax plus shipping costs (see paragraph 6.5. these terms and conditions) and any further charges on delivery to countries outside the European Union.

There is a minimum order value of 15 Euros.

6. Delivery, Delivery Time, Transport, and Shipping

6.1. The ordered goods will be shipped by the shipping providers DHL and Deutsche Post from Germany unless otherwise specified when confirming the order.

6.2. Deliveries abroad only to countries of the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Australia, Canada, USA, Japan, Taiwan, South Africa, Namibia, Indonesia, India, New Zealand, Philippines, Turkey, Brazil, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, and Macao.

6.3. Delivery and shipping:

Within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment we hand over the goods to DHL or Deutsche Post for shipping.

  • North America: 2 - 4 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 2 - 4 weeks
  • Asia & Pacific: 3 - 5 weeks
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 3 - 5 weeks
  • Middle East and Africa: 3 - 5 weeks

We try our best to meet these estimated transit times but cannot guarantee them. We are not responsible for delays caused in customs.

6.4. The delivery is sent to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

6.5. The shipping costs within Germany are 3.95 Euros gross per order and delivery address. From an order value of 75 Euros, shipping for customers within Germany is free of charge. For a fixed rate of 6.95 Euros gross, we ship to the member countries of the European Union. For European countries outside the EU, such as Norway, Great Britain, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein, the shipping costs are 6.50 Euros net. For a fixed rate of 11 Euros net, we ship via registered mail to the rest of the world excluding the United States of America. For a fixed rate of 15.00 Euros net, we ship via registered mail to the United States of America. Local taxes and fees may apply upon import. They must be paid by the customer.

7. Payment

7.1. For orders on our ordering system on www.papersisters.de, payment is to be made either by prepayment, SEPA Direct Debit, PayPal, or Credit card via Stripe. We reserve the right to exclude specific payment methods in a particular case.

7.2. Payment by sending cash or checks is not possible.

8. Information on Online Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution on the Internet at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

This platform serves as a focal point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts in which a consumer is involved.
